One of the firmís primary sources of income is generated through conveyancing. We pride ourselves in assisting various organisations and property developers with legal advice regarding the transferring of immovable property, inclusive of subdivisions and the registration of town planning schemes. We render a comprehensive legal service in so far as the complexities of housing developments are concerned.

As confirmation of our hard work and expertise we have been appointed as a preferred attorney on the bond registration panels of Absa Bank, Nedbank, First National Bank and Standard Bank and on the panels of Absa Private Bank and the Bank of Taiwan.

We also serve on the property panel of the Public Investment Corporation that are the duly authorized agents of the Government Employees Pension Fund, a fund that administers more than R700 billion on behalf of its members. Services rendered to the PIC (Public Investment Corporation) range from advising on complex acquisitions in the property division, to the drafting of commercial contracts and transfers of large commercial properties, financial structuring of property transactions, legal opinions on legislation and general advise on the complexities of the property industry. It is well known that the PIC manages in excess of R700 billion, of which approximately 8% is invested in the commercial property market.

We specialise in developments of both residential and commercial properties and pride ourselves in offering an all round expert legal team with an in-depth knowledge of specialized conveyancing related matters.

Our firm has successfully negotiated and completed various residential developments of different magnitude ranging from Leloko Hartebeespoortdam (1200 full title and 950 sectional title), African Renaissance (3300 sectional title units and 160 full title) to developments such as Dullstroom Country Estate (40 stands), Tamboti Private Nature Reserve (46 stands), Emerald Dunes (300 sectional title and 70 full title), to mention only a few.

We are also proud that our firm was instrumental in creating over 3,500 opportunities, to date, as part of the African Renaissance Lifestyle Estate.
